The Bluedot Institute is dedicated to supporting local student projects and community-led public events that address the environment and climate change. Bluedot, Inc, established the non-profit in 2021 motivated by the realization that we are leaving the younger generation with big challenges to manage. We wanted to amplify their voices, reflections and initiatives and support their dreams and established the Emerging Leaders Program. We encourage students around North America to share their projects, artwork, photography, songs, essays and stories about special initiatives so others may learn from them and effect change.

All student submissions will be featured on the Bluedot Institute website and some will be selected for publication on our Bluedotliving.com national website or in one of our local publications.

To encourage engagement, modest grants are available for students’ school projects, for gap-year or summer volunteer projects, and for our publishing partners’ public events.
